Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as simple as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy for all items purchased on our website. You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify it's in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
